   I like mainly country, I dont neccessarily have a favorite band or song but a singer whose music I do really like alot is taylor swift. She is one of my favorites.

   I like anything basically, except for heavy metal, and heavy jazz.. I do enjoy meditation music and also a lot of light classical and Opera too.
   My era was the 60' 70's but, I like the music from all the eras from the 40's up through to modern day. I have to say, I loved Elvis, The Beatles, Abba. There are just so many though!

   Can't give an easy answer to this.  As someone who sleeps and breathes music, the list would go on for ever, but here are a few favourites.
   Classical - anything and everything by Claude Debussy.  The Bruch Violin Concerto and "The Flower Duet" from Lakme by Delibes.
   Pop - Everything by David Gates and 'Bread'. Simon and Garfunkle, James Taylor, Janis Ian, Leonard Cohen, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles. The Carpenters. 10cc. Queen. David Bowie.
   Musicals - Les Miserables. Ragtime. Chicago. Fiddler on the Roof. West Side Story. Rent.

   I have been a big fan of "Progressive Rock" from the 1970s;  bands such as Yes, King Crimson, and Genesis.  But these bands are truly dinosaur bands now, so I feel like my music is of a different era.  For current music, I like Cold Play a lot.  They are quite talented and take their music seriously.

   I guess since I posted the question, I should answer it. My favorite musical performer is Ben Harper.
   I love music and many genres including blues, rock, folk, singer-songwriter, some country, and all in betweens. You can find all different types of genres on Ben's albums. He can can rock your socks off on one track then turn around and break your heart on the next. Truely one of the greatest performers of our time.

    I just love Beady Eye. I went to see them live in Wolverhampton in April and they were fantastic. I liked Oasis, but Beady Eye without Noel Gallagher are simply the best.

    I can't give a true answer for this.  My five favorite musical genres are thrash metal, power metal, death metal, folk metal, and doom metal.  Some bands I love are:  Iron Maiden, Death, Carcass, Insomnium (listening to them right now), Eluveitie, Ensiferum, Nightwish, and Megadeth.

    I only like to listen music of A-Side Soul Ltd. a wedding band in a Glasgow. They are the best in delivering the music in weddings.
